We began with deep expertise in federal human resources, leadership development, recruiting, and training. Today, Strive Bridge combines those professional capabilities with photography and video production, essential-product distribution, and partner-coordinated logistics.

CEO
Derrick J. Cooley is a U.S. Air Force veteran and federal human resources leader with more than two decades of experience in recruiting, workforce strategy, leadership development, and organizational improvement. He founded Strive Bridge Collective to bring disciplined, people-first leadership and accountable execution to government and business clients. Derrick leads the Collective’s professional-services, creative, supply-distribution, and partner-fulfillment strategy. He is also the founder of The Exec Mindset and The Sharp Deck and the author of Leading Through Chaos.
Alisha R. Cooley
CFO
Alisha R. Cooley is a U.S. Air Force veteran, MBA, and experienced program-management leader with more than 20 years of service. As CFO, she guides Strive Bridge Collective’s financial stewardship, operational readiness, supplier relationships, and contract-delivery infrastructure. Her disciplined approach helps ensure the Collective grows responsibly while delivering dependable results for clients and partners.
