What began as a federal HR and consulting practice has grown into two additional ventures: The Exec Mindset, a leadership content platform and consulting practice, and The Sharp Deck, a presentation-skills curriculum for professionals and students. Founder

Derrick founded Strive Bridge Collective after more than two decades in federal human resources leadership, with a track record of excellence. He leads The Exec Mindset and The Sharp Deck as extensions of that same leadership-development work, and is the author of Leading Through Chaos.

Co-Founder

Alisha brings over 20 years of program management experience and an MBA to Strive Bridge Collective, along with her own background as an Air Force veteran. Her operational rigor shapes how the Collective runs its consulting engagements and delivers results for clients.
